How the £20 deposit works
Your online consultation costs a £20 deposit to book a video call with our prescribing pharmacist. This is not an extra charge. If treatment is approved, the £20 comes off your first order. If treatment is not right for you, the £20 is refunded.
You only ever pay for medication once a qualified prescriber has reviewed your answers and confirmed it is safe and suitable. There is no charge for being told a treatment is not right for you.
